At STACYC, we want to ensure your little rider is completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not 100% happy with your order, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Gear
Carefully place the unused item, including all original manuals and accessories, back into its original STACYC box to ensure safe transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
